These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoxFit iPhone and Apple Watch applications, the website at vox-fit.com, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VoxFit ("we", "us") may revise these Terms at any time. Material revisions will be announced inside the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VoxFit, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into a subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vox-fit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is final.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in good faith, that you have violated these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create in VoxFit — your logged workouts, meals, and any other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you submit, and that the content does not violate any law or third-party right.
VoxFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie targets, weight-change estimates, and coaching insights are computational estimates, not prescriptions. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional.
Consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, or weight-management program — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop using the Service and seek medical attention if you experience any symptom that concerns you.
The Service integrates with Apple HealthKit, Apple Push Notification service, RevenueCat (subscription management), Supabase (backend hosting), and Anthropic (LLM processing). These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The VoxFit name, logo, app icon, branding, and all software, designs, and content created by us are owned by VoxFit and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you becomes commercially unreasonable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxFit and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and VoxFit, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
